That reference was borne out many times. She was always ready to take a phone call from us to talk for a few minutes on how things were progressing. She was a steadying influence on us when our home didn’t sell as quickly as we thought it would. Linda was always tastefully attired when showing our home and I’m sure that prospective buyers were influenced positively by her knowledge, expertise and appearance.She had many more open house presentations that are normally involved in selling our home which overcame the difficulty of the market downturn during the extremely hot summer and the absence of of the “snowbirds” who are a critical part of the potential customer base. As everyone knows, selling one’s home is a very difficult and stressful endeavor. Linda helped soothe the way for us and we are very grateful to her.

I knew Linda from a previous transaction when she sold a house a friend and I owned in GV back in 2017. Then, as now, she handled the listing professionally and successfully. But my most recent experience with Linda deserves mentioning because she absolutely went above and beyond in helping me to sell my home. I am Canadian and have owned a home in Desert Hills since 2008. My husband and I have been going to GV for approximately 5 months every year. This year, because of health issues, our plans to spend the month of November in GV preparing the house for sale fell through. I called Linda and asked her to take a look at our home and give us an opinion on what we needed to do to ready it for sale. She responded quickly and was so helpful and thorough in her assessment and her recommendations, we were able to list the house within a week and sell it within 12 days of our original contact. Because of the speed of the sale, I was unable to arrange to be there before the closing, again Linda managed all of it for us, including assisting in the final removal of personal belongings before closing. She made a very stressful situation relatively easy for us and I so appreciate all of her work on our behalf.
